Appolo Hotel, Ferndale (Johannesburg)
The Apollo Hotel, situated in Ferndale, Johannesburg, formerly known as the Ridgeway Hotel, underwent a remarkable transformation in 1999. What was once a dated block of flats was reimagined into a sophisticated hotel boasting world-class conference facilities. Execu Projects took charge of the architecture, project management, and construction, delivering a landmark redesign that continues to set a benchmark in excellence.
Silver Lakes Golf Estate (Pretoria)
The Silver Lakes Golf Estate project in Pretoria East, completed in 2008, showcases an exquisite architectural design. The house is uniquely divided into two sections, seamlessly connected by a walkway beneath a striking butterfly roof. Designed for luxury living, the property features a private cinema, a fully equipped gym, and expansive entertainment areas that offer breathtaking views of the golf course.

Waterkloof Glen (Pretoria)
The Waterkloof Glen development in Pretoria, completed in 2006, stands as a testament to innovative architectural and engineering excellence. The project involved cutting into the mountain to create space for two lower-level houses, while the main house was constructed atop a rock formation. This structure, elevated 20 meters above, was securely supported by a reinforced concrete wall, anchored to the mountain with concrete strips that also formed part of the foundation.

Waterberry Mall (Potchefstroom)
Waterberry Mall in Potchefstroom, completed in 2014, stands as a modern shopping destination designed to meet the area's retail needs. Due to challenging ground conditions, the entire structure was innovatively constructed on two interconnected concrete rafts, ensuring stability and durability.
Execu-Projects was entrusted with the architecture, project management, and construction of this complex, successfully delivering a functional and visually appealing shopping center that caters to the community's needs.
L'attitude 8 & 9 (Potchefstroom)
L'attitude 8 & 9, Potchefstroom (2014 & 2015)
Following the success of L'attitude 1–7, the L'attitude 8 & 9 development introduced modern, spacious student accommodations designed to meet the needs of those studying at North West University. These bachelor, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units are ideal for comfortable student living. To maximize functionality, all three structures were built on columns, creating additional parking space underneath. Two of the buildings are connected by an open walkway, adding convenience and aesthetic appeal.

Residential Complex (Phase 1: 2018, Phase 2: 2019)
This residential complex was developed over two phases, with Phase 1 completed in 2018 and Phase 2 in 2019. Designed for individuals seeking convenient, modern living, the development features two-bedroom and three-bedroom units that are perfect for a lock-up-and-go lifestyle.
Execu-Projects was responsible for the architecture of the complex and continues to be contracted for maintenance, ensuring that the development remains in excellent condition for residents.
